I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Rebel Flower for this tag. The image is colored with pencils. It had a little bit of splattering but I added more with Tim Holtz Raspberry distress oxide. The tag is made from two diecuts from Simon Says Stamp and is embellished with ribbon and a heart shaped button.
