I created this brooch with an altered Memory Game piece. I covered both sides of the card with design papers. I then rubber stamped on the french design with a stamp from Hampton Art. The girl is from an unknown collage sheet (she was at the bottom of my scraps collection). I used watercolor crayons and oil pastels around the edges of the brooch. To protect the image and paper, I put a layer of clear contact paper over the top of the brooch. The brooch is embellished with a turquoise gem.
I am entering this brooch in the following challenges:
Craft-room - vintage rubber stamped
Stampotique - #108 french flair
Pink Gem - spots
613 Avenue Create - #28 anything goes
Simon Says Stamp & Show - green/recycle
