Day 12 of Smeared & Smudged 31 Days of Halloween!
I used a rubber stamp from Just for Fun to create this altered glass tile pendant. I attached a piece of fabric to the tile and colored it with acrylic paint. Then I used permanent ink to stamp on these fantastic fingers. I found this rubber company at a Stamp Show. The pendant is embellished with a howlite skellie charm.
I am entering this pendant in the following challenges:
613 Avenue Create - #40 anything goes
Simon Says Wednesday - rubber/clear stamps
Addicted to Stamps & More (10) - #66 anything goes
The Paper Shelter - #132 charm
Left of Center - #16 loc/Halloween

I love how you used fabric for the background. The washer for the jump ring is genius!
ReplyDeleteHardware deco skeletal chic!
ReplyDeleteI would not have thought to look for a finger stamp.
You do have me wanting to get out to the habitat restore shop for supplies.
Very cool using the fabric. Love those fingers. Your pendants ROCK, Wendy! xxD
ReplyDeleteOooooh, spooky. Love it. Thank you for taking part at The Paper Shelter this week.
ReplyDeleteSo killer cool looking Wendy!
ReplyDeleteThis is great, love the stamp and I thought the colour was alcohol inks. How did you get such translucent colours? Does the skull glow in the dark?
ReplyDeleteI watered down the paints and used them like water colors and kept blending...no the skull does not glow in the dark (but that would be pretty cool)...
DeleteWow, what a beautiful pendant. Love the image and your colors are striking!
