Directions:
Print out background paper but do not attach to base until you have added
the banner. The twine will wrap around the edges and be taped down before you
attach this piece to the card base. Print the sentiment on cardstock and ink
around edges. I used paper punches to punch out three star shapes. The banner
shapes were made with a punch. I then attached images from the Jewel-it
collection to the banner flags. I used two strands of twine to tie on the
banner. The card is further embellished with three star shaped rhinestones,
washi tape and glitter.
