I used The East Wind freebie for July for this card. This lovely lady is called "Belle of the Ball". The East Wind digital stamps are available in the Etsy Store. I colored her with pencils and blended. The card is embellished with a ribbon, a silver pearl and two sequin/beads butterflies.
