This is an altered bisque ceramic tile. I first added pages from a damaged book and then painted the tile black. The steampunk gears are cereal boxes cut with Tim Holtz diecuts. I painted them with a variety of acrylic and metallic paints to make them look like rusted metal. The tile is spritzed with silver metallic paint. The fairy is from Gecko Galz. She is punched from the Steampunk collection collage sheets. The rusted metal washer is from my husband's junk collection.
