New Year Wishes ATC - Wicked Wednesday (DT)

this week is a COLOR COMBO!
 The sponsor is All Dressed Up!

I used a new digital stamp from All Dressed Up called Little Autumn Girl #3. The image is colored with pencils and markers. The ATC is embellished with a new diecut border from CC Designs that I won in a challenge, glitter and two red gems (also new).
