Thanks Mom ATC - Wicked Wednesday (DT)

this week is LOTS OF POLKA DOTS!

PLUS Use Glitter

I used a digital stamp called Amber Heart Balloon from Just Some Lines for this ATC. The image was paper pieced and colored with pencils and markers. The ATC is embellished with ribbon, washi tape, glitter, diecuts and a resin flower.
