Patriotic Tag


I used a digital stamp from The East Wind called Spring Lady for this tag. The image is colored with markers. The tag is made from layered diecuts. The blue paper was embossed for texture and silver paint was added for some shine. The tag is embellished with three paper flowers and ribbon.
