I used a digital stamp from The East Wind called Lucy Loo Mermaid for this tag. The image was colored with pencils and markers. The tag is layered with diecuts. The base is glitter specialty paper, the center layer is a page torn from a damaged book that I used for inking edges. The tag is embellished with sparkly fun yarn, two buttons and glitter.
