Water Nymph ATC - Wicked Wednesday (DT)

this week is TORN EDGES!

I used a digital stamp called Little Seahorse from Sweet Pea Stamps for this ATC. The image is colored with markers. The ATC is embellished with torn edges, netting and sea shells.
