Winter Blues ATC - Wicked Wednesday (DT)

this week is winter blues!
 The Sponsor is The East Wind!


I used a digital stamp from The East Wind called Lucy Loo Snow Queen for this ATC. The image was colored with markers. The ATC is embellished with glitter paper, a snowflake diecut and three blue gems.
