I used a digital stamp from Simply Betty called Betty Transfusion for this tag. Simply Betty has a progressive challenge on their FB page. The image is colored with markers and outlined with ink and chalk. The tag is layered and embellished with diecuts (3), ribbon, glitter, two black gems and embossed paper.
