Cold Outside ATC - Wicked Wednesday (DT)

this week is Cold Outside!
 The Sponsor is PolkaDoodles!


I used a digital stamp from PolkaDoodles called Frosty Penguins Octavia  for this ATC. The image is colored with markers. The ATC is layered and embellished with two snowflake buttons (shanks removed).
