Spring Mermaid Card


I used a rubber stamp from Ching Chou Kuik called Autumn Tenderness for this card. The image is colored with markers. Water was "splashed" on with a paint dabber. The card is layered and embellished with ribbon and a paper flower. My background paper was prepared with watercolor crayons.
