I used a digital stamp from Tiddly Inks called Mermaid Friends for this tag. The image is colored with pencils and markers. The tag is layered on embossed paper and embellished with glitter, diecuts, fibers and a starfish charm. The sentiment is a freebie from Create with TLC.
