I used the stamps from Birdy Up (Stampotique) for these artist trading coins. The background paper is covered with aluminum tape and then put through the big shot with an embossing folder, giving the project texture and shine. The birds are printed on DP and lightly colored with markers. The coins are embellished with glitter and star shaped rhinestones.
I would like to enter this project in the following challenges:
Stampotique - #323 coin
Artistic Stamper - texture
Simon Says Monday - metallic
Time Out - #135 stars and part of the quote by T. Roosevelt
As You Like It - Artist trading cards and coins are one of my favorite non-card projects. It is a great way to use scraps and a small image.
