Mermaid Wishes Card



I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Winnie Mermaid for this card. The image is colored with markers and blended pencils. Ink was added to the edge of the diecut circle. The card is layered with diecuts and embellished with ribbon, glitter and various ocean themed charms.
