I used a digital stamp from Rachelle Anne Miller called Balloon Ride for this card. The layout is a sketch from Creative Sketchy Girls. Two diecuts were used on the project (Sizzix and Darice). The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The card is embellished with glitter and a paper flower.
