Altered Playing Card (ATC) - Where Flowers Bloom So Does Hope

I altered this playing card using mixed media techniques. The background was created with a piece of book page that was stenciled and painted on with acrylics and tempera paints. The card is layered with embossed paper and a fussy cut vintage flower.
