Mermaid Hello Card

I used a digital stamp from Conie Fong called Flowers on the Beach Mermaid for this card. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The card is layered with three diecut shapes and embellished with glitter paper and three red pearls. The background paper was created with a circle stencil and acrylic paint.
