I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Winne White Christmas Penguin for this tag. The image is colored with pencils. The tag is made from a diecut shape and embossed paper (Tim Holtz). It is embellished with ribbon, a sticker, red gem, glitter and a snowflake button (shank removed).
