Happy Birthday Card




I used a digital stamp from Lili of the Valley called Baby Girl Balloon for this card. The image is colored with alcohol markers. The card is layered with two diecut shapes from Waffle Flower on embossed paper (Spellbinder folder). The card is embellished with silver marker and two blue star shaped gems.
