I used a digital stamp from All Dressed Up called Christmas Pooch for this brown bag topper. The image is colored with markers and pencils and distressed with ink. The snowflakes were added to the background with rubber stamps and red and green ink. The project is embellished with red gems, a 3D sticker, glitter and shimmery fiber.
