I used a newsletter image from Oddball Art Stamps for this gift bag. The image is from week #28. Thank you Lizzy for sharing these great stamps with your fans. The image is colored with pencil and markers. The design is layered and embellished with watercolor crayons, glitter, foam snowflakes and a 3D sticker.
