Steampunk Strength - Mixed Media Art

The base for this mixed media art is a large index card. A color wash of watercolor paints was used to create a background. Paper scraps (including embossed paper) were layered to create texture. The feather is from a rubber stamp. The steampunk woman was purchased from Conjurer of Dreams, Etsy. Here is the link.
