Trim the Tree Ornament - DB (DT)

this week is CHRISTMAS - TRADITIONAL COLORS
The Dilly Bean Challenges now require that you use a Dilly Bean Image on your submission.

I used Dilly Bean stamp #509 Amalia's Christmas Lights for this ornament. I colored the image with PSE and markers. I painted the paper mache ornament red before layering on my pieces. The ornament is embellished with snowflake sequins, a circle and tag diecut, three red rhinestones (berries), baker's twine and glitter. I used glossy accents on the colored lights. It's not a good idea to apply glossy accents and then place your piece in front of fan to dry faster. My glossy accents dried faster but looks pretty wonky.

I  hope you have been inspired to join the fun at Dilly Beans this week. Please check the site for rules and prizes. Also, take a look at the wonderful creations posted by my fellow DT members. They are a very talented group!

I am entering this ornament in the following challenges:

That Craft Place - Christmas
Emerald Faerie - #50 Christmas
Paper Crafting Journey - Christmas
Create with TLC - show it off
Incy Wincy - let it snow
Paper Playtime - #25 winter fun
Parade Your Crafts - #10 Christmas
Creative Card Crew - #51 holly
Sweet Stamps (10) - #147 Christmas
Simon Wednesday - let it snow
