this week is HALLOWEEN!
The Dilly Bean Challenges now run for two weeks and
I used Dilly Bean stamp #241 Candy Witch Framed for this project. The image was colored with pencils and markers. The sentiment is a rubber stamp from Craftsmart (Michael's). The tag is embellished with ribbon and glitter.
