I used a digital stamp from All Dressed Up called Party Girl for this card. The image is colored with pencils and markers. The card is layered and embellished with ink distressing, a butterfly diecut, glitter, pearls and twine. The sentiment is from Create with TLC (Dream Big Bundle).
