I used a digital stamp from Mo's Digital Pencil called Party Tots Boy Favor for this card. The image is colored with markers and pencils and distressed with ink. The card is layered with design paper, diecuts and diecut waste. The card is embellished with dry embossing (new star folder), a pom pom, ribbon and rhinestone stars.
