I used two rubber stamps on this envelope. The cute Carmen Miranda Dog is from Lost Coast Stamps. It is colored with markers. The words happy birthday are from Lawn Fawn. The card is colored with markers and stenciled with acrylic paint. Glitter was added for some dazzle.
