Magnet Board

I altered a insulated hot pad that I picked up at the $1 Store for this project. Paper, gesso and paint were added to cover up the print that was on the metal front. Polka Dots were stenciled on one corner. It works perfectly for a magnetic board.

The banner is composed of pages torn from a damaged book that were sewn together. Gesso, paint, ink and watercolor crayons were added for color.
