I used a victorian scrap angel from Graphics Fairy for this tag. The digital elements are from Sweetly Scrapped. I assembled the tag in PSE and then did editing in Pixlr.

Oh my I love the vintage look reminds me of when I was growing up and seeing my grandparents having cards like this. Great tag and just the right addition of the snowflakes.
