Directions:
Cut a strip of paper 7x3 inches. Fold down the top 2 inches. Use paper punch
to place a hole in the center of the top of the tag. Arrange your paper
elements in a pleasing manner and attach to the tag. The star is paper punched.
The tag is embellished with two star buttons that I covered with glitter. I
