Wendylynn's Paper Whims: Happy Birthday Card

I used a digital stamp from Mo's Pencil called Scrappy Dog for this card. The image is colored with markers and pencils. The card is layered with a diecut and embellished with frayed ribbon, seed beads, a heart shaped rhinestone and a cupcake charm.
