I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Sugar Pops Mermaid for this card. The image is colored with spectrum noir markers. I used a sketch from Cheerful sketches for the layout. The circles are diecuts shapes (Darice). The card is embellished with green glitter and a paper flower.
