this week is HALLOWEEN IN APRIL!
The Dilly Bean Challenges now run for two weeks and
require that you use a Dilly Bean Image on your submission.
I used Dilly Bean stamp #461 Halloween for this ATC. The image is colored with pencils and blended. The ATC is embellished with pink splatter, sequin waste cloth, tulle, shake on black glitter (eyes), ribbon and a heart shaped gem.
