Frida - mixed media art

 

I used a 4x6 inch piece of paper from a damaged butterfly book for the background of this mixed media project. A scrap of paper and fabric were added for texture. Stitches were made with pink embroidery floss. Brown distress ink was used around the edges. Frida is a fussy cut from Etsy.

Alice in Wonderland - Mixed Media Art

Pink Tag

I used pink acrylic and tempera paints to add color to this manilla tag. The rubber stamp is from Paper Artzy and I used brown ink. The tag is also sprayed with Ranger bronze distress spray. The vintage coquette girl is from Etsy. A bit of lace was stapled on for some texture and dimension.
