Trio of Mermaids Clothespin Clips

 this week is MERMAIDS
The Dilly Bean Challenges now require that you use a Dilly Bean Image on your submission.

#557 Kia Mermaid

#558 Ahmea Mermaid

#556 Maisie Mermaid
I used three Dilly Bean stamps for this weeks Design Team Project. Megan has designed a bevy of delightful mermaids. I colored the images with pencils and blended with mineral spirits. I cut out the images, applied some glitter and then heat laminated them. I cut them out again and embellished the mermaids with mini gems. They are attached to clothespins that I painted blue and then distressed with sand paper.

I  hope you have been inspired to join the fun at Dilly Beans this week. Please check the site for rules and prizes. Also, take a look at the wonderful creations posted by my fellow DT members. They are a very talented group!

I am entering these mermaid clips in the following challenges:

Deep Ocean - on the beach
Rhedd & Rosie - here comes summer
Catch the Bug - anything goes
Allsorts - #214 favorite things (mermaids and Dilly Bean Stamps)
Artistic Inspirations - #49 bling
Paper Make-up Stamps - #96 anything goes
Simon Says Challenge - pin it
