I used a digital stamp called Cogsley Copperpot from The Stamping Chef for this card. She is colored with pencils and highlighted with some glossy accents. The card is embellished with a steampunk gear and pearls. The sentiment is from Create with TLC. The background paper is embossed and distressed with inks and silver paint.
