Poker Chip Pendant - Flower Pixie

This pendant is created from an altered poker chip. I picked up a bag of mixed poker chips at the thrift store and could not wait to alter them. The chip is colored with alcohol inks, gesso and water color crayons. The pixie design is from Artchix (hats in bloom collage sheet). The design is attached with mod podge. The finished piece is sealed to protect the image and set the ink. The pendant is embellished with ink dyed flowers and a mini green gem.

I am entering this pendant in the following challenges:

Stamp & Create - ready for Spring
The Paper Shelter - #151 Spring delights
Art Impressions - #132 getting girly
Cute Card Thursday - #314 floral delights

Wow! What an incredibly unique idea! I've never seen a poker chip look that good! I love the whimsical and elegant vibe you gave it and thought it was an amazing transformation from ordinary to extraordinary. Every time I pop by your blog, I think to myself, "that is one creative brain at work!" Your projects are always a pleasure to see and I'm so glad you shared this one with us for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
