Smeared & Smudged Creepmas - Day Seven

Today is Day Seven of the 12 Days of Creepmas. It is a Smeared Ink day so I used the digital stamp called Anatomy Skull Front for my image.

I went rummaging around the thrift store again and found the above pictured moose sleigh. I knew immediately that I wanted to distress it and grunge it up for Creepmas. I crackle painted it brown and then sanded it. I distressed my skeleton and the sleigh sign by scrunching, tearing and dripping paint on them. I don't know if you would call this project distressed or distressing...lol! It didn't really creep me out until I put the red nose on the skull and then...for those of you who are freaked out by clowns...it became real CREEPY!

Now please sled on over to Carla's Blog and see what creepiness she has created for Day Seven. The blog roll is on the sidebar if you get lost.

I am entering this sleigh in the following challenges:

Smudgy Antics - distress it
Poisoned Peas - #10 twisted holidaze
Crafts & Me - #114 no blue
Creative Moments - #6 anything but a card

Great scene you've created here - that saying is totally perfect for the sleigh and being "chilled to the bone" - wow, you clever girl! And that red nose, a reference to Rodolph I assume, is totally creepy!! Love this work!

Joyce
