I used a digital stamp from The East Wind for this card. She was a freebie last May. If you sign up for The East Wind Newsletter, you will receive a free digi each month. This stamp is available in the Etsy store without the words printed on the balloons. The image was colored with pencils and markers. The card is layered and embellished with embossed corners and diecuts (swirls and flowers).
