I used a digital stamp from Polka Doodles called Serenity Fairy Kisses for this CAS card. The image was colored with markers and pencils. A decorative border diecut was used to frame this beauty. The card is embellished with glitter and three yellow gems. The sentiment is a freebie from Create with TLC.
