I used a digital stamp from Tiddly Inks for this card. The image is from the Little Valentine Mermaids set. It is currently free for the month of April's Tiddly Inks Challenge. The design was colored with markers and pencils and distressed with ink. The card is layered and embellished with ribbon, glitter and jelly gems.
