I used a digital stamp from Tiddly Inks called Reindeer Rudolph for this Christmas tag. The image is colored with markers and pencils. By the way, this stamp is a freebie. Follow the link and get yours. The tag is layered and embellished with diecuts, glitter, ribbon, a red pompom and rhinestone stars.
