I used a digital stamp from Ching-Chou Kuik called Seahorse from the Dragonflies-Seahorse-Ladybug set. The image is painted with watercolor paints. The card is layered with a diecut and embossed paper. Embellishments include glitter and two metal sand dollar charms.
