I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Winnie Wings for this card. The image is colored with alcohol markers. The card is layered on an embossed piece of paper (Darice folder) and embellished with a diecut snowflake shape (Ranger) and a foam snowflake. Lots of glitter on this one.
