I used a digital stamp from All Dressed Up called Bunny with Heart Balloons for this card. The image is colored with pencils. The card is layered with two diecut shapes from Altenew on design and embossed paper (Tim Holtz folder). The card is embellished with a mini white pompom and a heart sticker.
