this week is GLITTER & JEWELS!
The Dilly Bean Challenges now require that you use a Dilly Bean Image on your submission.
I used Dilly Bean Stamp #560 Kiki Mermaid for this tag. I colored the image with colored pencils and blended with mineral spirits. I paper pieced her bikini top and her body and tail. The tag is embellished with gems, glitter, die cut stars, netted ribbon and yarn.
